We will accept refunds within seven (7) business days after the purchase date of products that are in the following conditions:
Damaged or defective product

Customer and the seller must both agree for the return/refund process to commence. Once item has been returned to seller, customer should allow the seller to perform quality-check again on the product before refund can be fully approved.

Our cut-off time is at 12 noon (Philippine Standard Time) so all items ordered by 12:01 pm will be processed for the next business day. No deliveries and processing made on Saturdays & Sundays.
Provincial or outside Metro Manila
If you are living outside Metro Manila, your items will be delivered right at your doorstep, by our official courier partners, within 10 to 15 business days after the date of purchase. Our cut-off time is at 12 noon (Philippine Standard Time) so all items ordered by 12:01 pm will be processed for the next business day.
BESPOKE/MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
These kind of items take a bit more time and they require special handling when delivered. Please refer to the product description regarding the lead time or you may send the seller a message.
EXPRESS SHIPPING (ONLY IN METRO MANILA)
This option will have your package sent right at your doorstep within 2 business days from date of purchase from Monday to Friday only. Orders received on Friday after cut off time 12 noon will be picked up and delivered on Monday or Tuesday the week after.
